Minimus, Followed By Cambridge Latin: Awesome addition to beginner learners

Minimus is a spin-off website from a popular book series that provides Latin-learning students and teachera with enaging resources from contests, crafts, and flashcards. Their website is currently under construction, but currently Minimus is a website with a wide range of activities and resources to support educators teaching Latin and their students. Minimus, both the website and novel, is inspired by a real family from 100AD who lived in Vindolanda, a fort located in modern-day UK. The website was made to add as an interactive supplement to people who supported the Minimus book series. A big portion of the learning happens within the books that the website is based off of. However, parents can lead craft projects with their children along. Students can also test their knowledge using the site's vocabulary test feature. Minimus is great for old-school learners who have young kids at home with a basic understanding of Latin or who have an eagerness to learn about the language and its history. The website is under construction and the current layout is outdated which can be confusing and time-consuming for parents who are looking for resources that allow students to be independent. The books and other physical resources are necessary in order to obtain basic concepts and full engagement with the resources. We strongly encourage purchasing the book first and then going to the website to try out the different activities.
